He is the President of the Bulgarian Society of Cardiology for the 2024–2026 term. He serves as National Consultant in Interventional Cardiology. He is also a member of the Healthcare Committee at the Bulgarian Industrial Capital Association (BICA). Additionally, he is the National Coordinator of the “Stent Save a Life” programme of the ESC.

Since 2018 is Deputy Director of Medical Activities of the National Multidisciplinary Transport Hospital "Tsar Boris III", and since 2019 - Professor of Cardiology at the Cardiology Clinic in the same hospital. Scientific Secretary of the National Multidisciplinary Transport Hospital, term 2022-2024. Elected as future Chairman, term 2026 - 2028.

Has acquired specialties in general medicine and cardiology and a scientific degree "doctor". From 2021 is an associate professor at the First Department of Internal Medicine of the Medical University of Varna and UMBAL "St. Marina" - Varna.

Prof. Dr. Elena Dimitrova graduated in medicine before 2008 at Medical University - Sofia. From 2009 to 2013, he specialized in cardiology at "St. Anna" UMBAL - Sofia. In 2014, after acquiring a specialty, he started working at the National Cardiology Hospital. In 2017, she defended her dissertation in the field of pulmonary hypertension, in connection with which she conducted training in Vienna and ECZ - Otwock, Poland.

Liliya Demirevska completed her secondary education in the city of Dupnitsa and graduated from the Medical University – Sofia in 1996.

She works at the Cardiology Clinic of the Military Medical Academy.

She holds specialties in Internal Medicine and Cardiology and is certified in echocardiography at both basic and advanced expert levels.

Prof. Demirevska is a member of the Bulgarian Society of Cardiology, the Bulgarian Society of Echocardiography, the European Society of Cardiology, and the European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Heart and Vascular Association and a member of the Academic Council of the Military Medical Academy.

Dr. Dolina Gencheva, d.m. is a specialist in cardiology at UMBAL "St. Georgi" city of Plovdiv and lecturer at Medical University - Plovdiv.
